Broadwick Soho is an independent 57 Key 5 Star hotel set up by a group of friends in the heart of Londons West End. Broadwick Soho is inspired by community and the essence of spirit of Soho's neighbourhood.
I was briefed to create a Monopoly themed board for the staff incentive program at the Broadwick hotel to help the Broadwick retain and obtain staff. Throughout the year the staff can obtain points based on achievements and referrals, the board shows visually what they receive.
I created the board based on the original Monopoly game, the colours and branding and visuals are Broadwick themed. I illustrated unique visuals on the board based on the essence of the hotel and the surrounding neighbourhood.
