I created this poster for my son who started reception this year and is beginning his reading journey. I was inspired by the program Get Set Five by 100 toys as it recommends to have a print rich environment in order to support your Childs learning, alphabet posters, number posters, anything your hoping to learn as this will reinforce the practice they are doing.
I chose an object to represent each letter as is typical but illustrated the objects in my style of interlocking shapes and colours as well as remaining playful and fun! I plan to create more posters to go in this set.
